  • All purchases will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully delivered.

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with others in your household, neighbours, or any building management that may have accepted it on your behalf.

  • If your order is still unaccounted for, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery confirmation.

  • Upon notification, we will open an investigation with our shipping partner to track down the parcel.

  • This process may require up to 10 working days to complete.

  • If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will either resend the product or offer a full refund—depending on product availability and your preference.

  • If the parcel is confirmed as delivered to the correct address, and there is evidence that it may have been stolen after delivery, we regret that Howton Tallow cannot be held responsible.

  • To reduce delivery risks, we recommend providing detailed delivery instructions, selecting a secure drop-off point, or choosing a delivery option that requires a signature.

  • All ingredients used in our products are transparently listed both on the Howton Tallow website and on product packaging.

  • Customers are encouraged to review these ingredient lists carefully before purchasing or using any of our items, especially if they have known sensitivities or allergies.

  • It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that none of the ingredients in our products could trigger an allergic reaction.

  • If you have allergies or specific concerns, we strongly recommend consulting your GP, dermatologist, or a licensed healthcare provider before use.

  • Any requests for rectification (e.g. damaged items, incorrect orders) must be accompanied by photo evidence.

  • Without photographic proof, we are unable to process complaints or offer replacements.

  • We strongly advise performing a patch test before full use.

  • Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours. If any redness, irritation, or reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

  • We are not healthcare professionals. If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, please consult a medical provider before using.

  • By using Howton Tallow products, you accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions or sensitivities.

  • While we provide full ingredient transparency, we are not liable for individual allergic reactions or skin issues that may occur from product use.

  • Customers placing orders from outside the UK are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

  • Your order will not be released by customs until all associated fees are paid in full. Howton Tallow does not cover these charges.

  • If you need to amend or update your order (including address or product changes), please email us by 8:00 AM the morning after your order is placed.

Important Notes:

  • Order processing begins at 8:00 AM sharp.

  • After this time, your order is considered final and will be passed to the courier for dispatch.

  • No changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
